Revenue from contracts with customers recognized at a point in time in 2025 was RMB 30.3 million from sales of passion fruits and other fruits, RMB 42.3 million from sales of air-conditioners, RMB 1.1 million from sales of consumables and others, and RMB 1.3 million from cryptocurrencies trading. In 2024, revenue was RMB 107.8 million from sales of passion fruits and other fruits and RMB 60.8 million from sales of air-conditioners. Revenue from major customers in 2025 included Customer A with RMB 10.0 million, Customer C with RMB 8.2 million, and Customer D with RMB 9.0 million. In 2024, Customer A contributed RMB 68.5 million and Customer B contributed RMB 29.3 million. Revenue generated from these customers was attributable to the Fruit Distribution Business. Over 90% of revenue and operating profit or loss, as well as non-current assets, were generated and located in the PRC for both years. The consolidated financial statements are presented in Renminbi. The Group applied amendments to IFRS Accounting Standards for the first time for the year ended 30 June 2025.
