Bally's (BALY) said Monday it plans to build Bally's Las Vegas, a new resort and entertainment destination to be built on the former site of the Tropicana Las Vegas in Las Vegas.
The 35-acre project, pending Clark County approvals, is expected to begin construction in the first half of 2026, the casino-entertainment company said, adding that it will feature two luxury hotel towers with a total of 3,000 rooms designed by Marnell Architecture.
Bally's is collaborating with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), which will lead retail and dining sourcing with Vice Chairman Michael Hirschfeld heading the global leasing team to bring a mix of global brands and local favorites.
Shares of Bally's were up 6.3% in recent Monday trading.
