Soluna Holdings Inc. has announced a strategic hosting agreement with Canaan Inc. to deploy 20 megawatts (MW) of Avalon® A15 XP Bitcoin miners at Soluna's Project Dorothy data center in Briscoe County, Texas. The deployment, expected in the first quarter of 2026, will utilize wind power as the primary energy source, with the option to draw from the grid to ensure high operational uptime. The agreement is part of Soluna's efforts to expand its renewable-powered digital infrastructure and Canaan's strategy to increase its North American mining presence. The project represents approximately 1 exahash per second (EH/s) of computing power and supports both companies' plans for growth in the renewable energy and digital asset sectors.
