American Critical Minerals Corp. has confirmed the annual renewal of all its potash licenses and lithium claims at the Green River Project in Utah's Paradox Basin. The company now holds a 100% interest in 11 State of Utah mineral leases, 1,094 federal lithium brine claims, and 11 federal potash prospecting permits, covering a total of approximately 32,530 acres. Permits are in place to drill up to seven holes across the project area, targeting both potash and lithium, following finalization of required reclamation bonding. The Green River Project is strategically located near key infrastructure and is adjacent to both Intrepid Potash's operation and advanced lithium development projects by Anson Resources. American Critical Minerals aims to capitalize on rising demand for potash and lithium, both of which are recognized as critical minerals in the U.S. The company is also working with Agapito Associates LLC to define a 43-101 Exploration Target for lithium, with plans to update its technical report in the near future.
