UMP Healthcare Holdings Ltd. has announced the signing of the 2025 CTF Life Medical Services Agreement with CTF Life. The new contract, effective from 30 September 2025, will see UMP Professional, a subsidiary of UMP Healthcare, continue to provide and administer medical services to CTF Life Members and their families. These services include administrative support, 24/7 services, third-party administrative services, and ancillary digital support. The agreement follows the expiration of the previous medical services agreement dated 1 October 2022. UMP Healthcare indicated that, subject to further negotiation and internal approval, the term of the new agreement may be extended for up to 30 additional months. The company also stated that it will comply with all relevant disclosure and shareholders' approval requirements under the Hong Kong Listing Rules for any further agreements. The annual review of the transactions under the new agreement will be conducted by the independent non-executive directors to ensure they are conducted in the ordinary course of business, on normal commercial terms, and in the interests of the company and its shareholders.
