Agile Group Holdings Limited reported its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2025. The company posted total revenue of RMB13.57 billion, a decrease of 35.8% from RMB21.14 billion for the same period in 2024. Revenue from property development was RMB6.11 billion, property management contributed RMB6.41 billion, and other business generated RMB1.06 billion, accounting for 45.0%, 47.2%, and 7.8% of total revenue, respectively. The group recorded a gross loss of RMB919 million, compared to a gross loss of RMB1.87 billion in the prior year period. The gross loss margin improved to 6.8% from 8.8% a year earlier. Loss for the period was RMB7.39 billion, down 17.0% from RMB8.90 billion for the same period last year. Loss attributable to shareholders was RMB8.03 billion compared to RMB9.67 billion in the prior year period. Net debt to total equity increased to 127.7% as of 30 June 2025, up from 103.6% as of 31 December 2024. Total debt to total assets rose to 26.0% from 25.0% over the same period.
