Yee Hop Holdings Ltd. has announced the successful completion of a private placement of new shares under its general mandate. A total of 15,000,000 new shares were placed to five investors at a price of HK$2.35 per share. Following the placement, the company's issued share capital has increased from 500,000,000 to 515,000,000 shares. The newly allotted shares were distributed among individual and institutional investors, including participants with extensive experience in the information technology sector as well as retired investors. The company stated that the proceeds raised will support its business strategies and development plans.
