KTI Landmark (KLSE:KTI) unit KTI Development signed a joint venture deal with Belive Ventures to launch co-living units in Sabah, Malaysia, according to a Monday Malaysian bourse filing.

Shares gained over 1% in Tuesday afternoon trade.

Under the JV, KTI Development will provide the units, while Belive Ventures will oversee the design, branding, marketing, tenant acquisition, renovation, and operations of the co-living concept.

The agreement runs until Sept. 30, 2027, with a target of at least 100 co-living units.

The project is expected to boost earnings and net assets per share for the financial year ending 2026, the filing said.
