Pine Technology's (HKG:1079) chairman and CEO, Zhang Sanhuo, resigned effective Friday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The computer components and consumer electronics company, on the same day, named Yu Wei as its new chair and CEO.

Yu is currently the fund manager and executive director of Gongqingcheng Qiyuan Zhide Investment Management since December 2016.

Yu also holds 715 million, or 53.89%, shares in Pine Technology.
