Dexus Industria REIT to Acquire Two Victoria Freehold Industrial Assets for AU$48 Million

Dexus Industria REIT (ASX:DXI) entered into agreements to acquire two freehold industrial warehouse assets at 50 Jayco Drive and 15-31 Americain Way, both located in Dandenong South, Victoria, for a combined price of AU$47.5 million, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

The properties are fully leased with a blended weighted average lease expiry of 4.8 years, the filing said.

The acquisition will be funded through existing debt facilities, and settlement is expected at the end of October.
