UOA Development (KLSE:UOADEV) unit Everise Project agreed to sell properties for a total consideration of 200 million ringgit to UOA REIT, according to a Thursday Malaysian bourse filing.

Shares gained 1% in Friday's midday trade.

The properties include two 13-story boutique office towers, Tower 2A and Tower 2B, along with 3,101 parking bays spread across six car park levels.

Proceeds will be used to develop a commercial building, reduction of debts, and as working capital.
