Perma-Fix Environmental Services Inc. has announced a new Collective Bargaining Agreement $(CBA)$ for seventy-one production employees at its Perma-Fix Northwest Richland facility. Effective October 1, 2025, the agreement provides for annual base hourly wage increases calculated as one percent plus the annual percentage change in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U), Western Region Average. Covered employees will continue to receive existing healthcare benefits and 401k plan options. The CBA runs through October 1, 2030, with automatic annual renewals unless either party provides written notice to modify or terminate the agreement at least sixty days in advance. Additionally, Perma-Fix has notified its executive officers that their current employment agreements will not be extended beyond April 20, 2026. The company plans to offer new agreements to these executives, effective April 21, 2026, following recommendations from its Compensation and Stock Option Committee.
