Palisade Bio Prices Upsized $120 Million Underwritten Public Offering; Shares Rise

Palisade Bio (PALI) said Wednesday it priced an upsized underwritten public offering of about 171.4 million shares priced at $0.70 per share to raise gross proceeds of $120 million.

Underwriters were given a 45-day option to buy up to an additional about 25.7 million shares, the company said.

The offering is expected to close on or about Thursday, Palisade Bio said.

The company's shares were up 17% in recent trading.
