ARN Media (ASX:A1N) said that Chief Executive Ciaran Davis has decided to step down from his role, effective Jan. 15, 2026, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

Chief Operating Officer Michael Stephenson will succeed Davis as CEO following his departure, the filing said.
