Myriad Uranium Corp. has announced the acquisition of a comprehensive historical report on the Copper Mountain uranium project in Wyoming. The report, originally prepared by Bendix Field Engineering Corporation for the U.S. Department of Energy in 1982, includes over 600 pages of technical data and analysis, and builds on work by Union Pacific, which invested the equivalent of C$118 million in exploration during the 1970s. Myriad now has access to detailed data from more than 2,000 boreholes and seven identified deposits, which will be used to develop new exploration targets and expand the project. Company officials believe the newly integrated data will significantly advance their understanding of Copper Mountain's large-scale uranium potential.
