The partnership aims to accelerate the digital transformation of global agricultural trade by integrating Yimutian's agricultural industry resources with BC Technology's expertise in digital asset services. Key areas of collaboration include developing compliant cross-border digital payment solutions, digitizing agricultural real-world assets (RWA), and exploring innovative business scenarios. As part of the agreement, Yimutian plans to purchase at least $12 million worth of digital assets through BC Technology's platform to enhance the efficiency of cross-border trade in agricultural products. The collaboration seeks to create new value across the agricultural supply chain and set a benchmark for the integration of agriculture and digital finance.
