As part of the agreement, former GRID AI shareholders will hold approximately 82.5% of ENTO's fully diluted common stock, with the ability to appoint a majority of the board of directors upon full implementation. The transaction is expected to position ENTO in the rapidly growing AI energy-infrastructure market, as demand for data centers and behind-the-meter energy storage solutions accelerates.
