Greentown China Holdings Limited has announced its unaudited operating data for the nine months ended 30 September 2025. The Greentown Group sold 1,966 units of self-investment projects in September 2025, with a sales area of approximately 290,000 square meters and monthly sales reaching around RMB12.8 billion. The average selling price was reported at RMB43,657 per square meter. From January to September 2025, the Group recorded a sales area of 3,080,000 square meters and contracted sales of about RMB107.9 billion, with RMB71.7 billion attributable to the Greentown Group. Additionally, as of 30 September 2025, subscription sales amounted to RMB3.7 billion. The project management business achieved a sales area of 780,000 square meters in September, with sales of RMB10 billion, and a total of 5,330,000 square meters and RMB70.6 billion in sales from January to September 2025. Overall, total sales area reached 8,410,000 square meters with total contracted sales of approximately RMB178.5 billion for the nine-month period.
