GeneDx Holdings Corp. announced the upcoming presentation of pioneering research findings at the American Society of Human Genetics (ASHG) Annual Meeting. The company will showcase 14 research studies based on data from GeneDx Infinity™, a dataset comprising nearly one million exomes and genomes and over seven million phenotypic datapoints. Areas of focus include advancements in genomic newborn screening, neurodevelopmental disorders, diagnostic technologies, and machine learning applications in genomics. Specific presentations will cover topics such as long-read sequencing for clinical diagnostics and genetic architectures of autism and neuropsychiatric disorders.
