Buxton Resources (ASX:BUX) has secured exploration license application E80/6175 to expand its Centurion Project in Western Australia, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Surveying and follow-up drill planning will start shortly at the project, with results expected by early November, the filing said.

Shares of the company fell 3% at market close.
