BTQ Technologies (BTQ) said it has launched a collaboration with the University of Cambridge to fund research in quantum photonic devices.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

The partnership will focus on implementing inverse-design approaches to develop new quantum photonic devices, a technology for quantum computing and quantum-secure communications, the company said.
