Century Communities Inc., a leading national homebuilder, has broken ground on Mirabella, a 318-acre master-planned community near Katy, Texas. The development will feature over 1,000 new single- and two-story homes with up to five bedrooms and 3,000 square feet, offering amenities such as community lakes, walking trails, a pool, dog parks, sports courts, and fishing areas. Homes will be zoned for newly constructed Royal ISD schools and are expected to start selling soon from the high $200,000s.
