Corpay (CPAY) said Thursday that the regulatory requirements for its proposed acquisition of British financial services firm Alpha Group International have been satisfied.

The acquisition has received approval from the UK's Financial Conduct Authority, the Malta Financial Services Authority, and the Italian Foreign Direct Investment Authority, according to a statement.

The companies expect to complete the acquisition at the end of October, Corpay said.
