Prosperity Investment Holdings Limited has filed an updated list of its board of directors with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The board consists of Mr. Tang Tsz Tung as Executive Director; Mr. Lau Tom Ko Yuen as Non-executive Director and Chairman; and four Independent Non-executive Directors: Mr. Feng Nien Shu, Mr. Lui Siu Tsuen, Richard, Ms. Wong Lai Kin, Elsa, and Mr. Ip Kwok Kwong. Committee memberships are as follows: Mr. Lau Tom Ko Yuen serves as a member of the Remuneration Committee and as Chairman of the Nomination Committee. Mr. Feng Nien Shu is a member of the Audit Committee, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Nomination Committee. Mr. Lui Siu Tsuen, Richard is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee. Ms. Wong Lai Kin, Elsa is a member of both the Audit and Nomination Committees. Mr. Ip Kwok Kwong is a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Tang Tsz Tung does not serve on any of the board committees.
