Bouygues Telecom, Free-iliad Group and Orange said on Tuesday they had submitted a non-binding offer to acquire a large part of Altice's activities in France.
Exosens SAS EXENS.PA:
Tech company Exosens' shareholder HLD Europe agreed to sell a 9.8% stake to Theon International, the group's main customer, at 54 euros per share, with the transaction expected to close in early first quarter 2026 subject to regulatory approvals.
Gecina SA GFCP.PA:
French real estate company Gecina reported a 4% increase in rental income to 539 million euros in the third quarter, while confirming its annual targets including recurring net income growth of 3.6% to 4.4%.
Havas NV HAVAS.AS:
