Contracted sales attributable to the equity owners of the company totaled around RMB0.35 billion. For the period from January to September 2025, aggregated contracted sales reached about RMB13.06 billion with a contracted GFA of approximately 1,247,700 square meters and an average selling price of RMB11,000 per square meter. Contracted sales attributable to equity owners for this period were approximately RMB6.70 billion.
