Kish Bancorp Inc. reported net income of $5.2 million for the third quarter of 2025, up from $3.8 million in the previous quarter and $4.2 million in the third quarter of 2024. The company paid a $0.39 per share quarterly dividend on July 31, 2025, and approved an increased dividend of $0.40 per share payable on October 31, 2025. At the end of the quarter, the Tier 1 leverage ratio was 8.92%, the Tier 1 capital ratio was 9.79%, and the total risk-based capital ratio was 10.51%.
