IREIT Global Completes Refinancing of German Portfolio

IREIT Global (SGX:8U7U) completed the refinancing of its German portfolio, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the REIT were down nearly 2% in Monday trading.

The REIT agreed and amendment and restatement with the banks to extend the maturity of its 200 million euros loans from Jan. 2026 to July 2029.

Meanwhile, the REIT was also granted an additional credit facility of around 20 million euros to finance a portion of the capital expenditure require for the repositioning of the Berlin Campus.
