Just Group plc has completed two new financing agreements totaling £23 million, secured against two UK pub portfolios with long-term leases. The first is a five-year amortising loan of approximately £13 million provided to Pantheon Holdings, secured on central London pubs occupied by Greene King with a weighted average lease length of 19 years. The second loan, around £10 million, supports Cygnus 1 Unit Trust and is backed by regional pubs across the UK leased to major operators such as Greene King, Marston's, and Stonegate, with a weighted average lease length of 22 years. The proceeds will be used primarily to refinance existing debt and support expansion for the pub portfolios. Rothschild & Co acted as a key investment manager for Just Group on these transactions.
