INDIANAPOLIS, Oct. 15, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Simon$(R)$ , a real estate investment trust engaged in the ownership of premier shopping, dining, entertainment and mixed-use destinations, today announced that Stanley Shashoua has been promoted to President of International Real Estate.

In this role, Mr. Shashoua will oversee Simon's international real estate portfolio, which includes 26 International Premium Outlets, our ownership stake in Klépierre SA, and our McArthurGlen Investments. Mr. Shashoua currently serves as a Supervisory Board member of Klépierre, a position he has held since 2015. Stanley will continue to oversee our special corporate investments.
