AuMEGA Metals (ASX:AAM) said that a surficial geochemistry program at its Cape Ray Gold project in Canada outlined multiple "high-grade" gold-in-till anomalies, and defined a new multi-kilometer gold corridor, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Sampling from a broader till survey has been collected, and the material will be sent to the laboratory for preparation and assaying, the filing said.
Shares of the company rose 4% in recent Thursday trade.
