Oct 17 (Reuters) - Colombier Acquisition Corp III, a blank check firm backed by Omeed Malik, filed for an initial public offering in the U.S on Friday.
The Palm Beach, Florida-based company plans to offer 26 million shares priced at $10 each, and is seeking to raise $260 million.
Colombier said that it intends to apply to list its units on the New York Stock Exchange under the "CLBR U" ticker symbol.
