Singapore Land Group's (SGX:U06) indirect joint venture, United Venture Development (2022), secured a tender for a residential site at Dorset Road, Singapore, for SG$524.3 million, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the company were down over 1% in Friday trading.

The site has a leasehold of 99 years and a land area of 10,399 square meters.

United Venture is a joint venture between the company's subsidiary, Singland Residential Development, UOL Venture Investments and Kheng Leong Company.
