MyState (ASX:MYS) is on track to deliver between AU$20 million and AU$25 million in annual pre-tax synergies over the next three years via the integration of the firm and Auswide Bank, Chair Sandra Birkensleigh said, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

The merger between MyState and Auswide Bank was completed in February, and it resulted in an increase in scale, capital base, home loan and deposit portfolio, per the filing.
