China Financial Leasing Group (HKG:2312) is proposing to change its English name for the second time to Long Investment Corp, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The financial leasing company's previous change of name to Long Corp had become effective Sept. 22 following the issue of the relevant certificate by the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands.

The firm decided to modify the name again after registration with the Hong Kong Companies Registry fell through due to the similarity of the name Long Corp with an existing name in the registry's index of company names.

The new name change is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
