Johns Lyng Group (ASX:JLG) said the scheme of arrangement for its shares to be acquired by Sherwood BidCo, an entity owned and controlled by funds managed or advised by Pacific Equity Partners, has now been implemented, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company's shareholders received AU$4 per share owned, the filing said.

The building services group expects its shares to be delisted from the Australian Securities Exchange on Friday.
