Logitech International's (LOGI) fiscal H1 results are expected to reflect its new growth trajectory as the company refocuses on China and boosts video collaboration capabilities, Wedbush said in a note Wednesday.

A resurgence of gaming in China and tariff-driven price increases in the domestic market are seen to drive substantial growth in the company's gaming segment, while product refreshes in September should support seasonal sales, Wedbush said, adding that Logitech is also likely to benefit from a "long-awaited" uptick in video collaboration and back-to-school shopping.

The company, which withdrew its fiscal 2026 outlook in April due to uncertainty surrounding tariffs, is now positioned to reinstate guidance, according to the note. Logitech is scheduled to release fiscal Q2 financial results on Oct. 28 and is expected to report quarterly earnings and revenue above consensus, Wedbush said.

Logitech has a cash position of $10 per share and zero debt, allowing it to accelerate growth through small tuck-in acquisitions, launch accelerated share repurchases, and increase its dividend, analysts said.

Wedbush raised its price target to $120 from $115, and reiterated an outperform rating on the stock.
