FACTBOX-Trump's ballroom funded by America's biggest companies and wealthy individuals

WASHINGTON, Oct 23 (Reuters) - Many wealthy individuals and large U.S. tech, cryptocurrency, energy and defense corporations have donated to pay for the construction of a $300 million ballroom commissioned by President Donald Trump.

The nonprofit Trust for the National Mall is managing private donations for the project, said Julie Moore, a spokesperson for the organization.
