Bgin Blockchain (BGIN) said late Monday it has priced an initial public offering of 5 million shares at $6 each.

The shares are expected to begin Nasdaq trading Tuesday under the symbol "BGIN," the company said.

The offering, expected to close Wednesday, is anticipated to generate gross proceeds of around $30 million. The company as granted underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 15% additional shares.

The company intends to use net proceeds for the acquisition of cryptocurrency mining farms, research and development, and general corporate purposes, it said.
