Press Release: Gouverneur Bancorp, Inc. Announces Increase in Semi-Annual Cash Dividend

GOUVERNEUR, N.Y., Oct. 20, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gouverneur Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQB Marketplace: GOVB) (the "Company"), the holding company for Gouverneur Savings and Loan Association (the "Bank"), announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.09 per common share, which represents an increase from the Company's previous semi-annual cash dividend of $0.08 per common share paid in May 2025. The dividend will be paid on or about November 17, 2025 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 3, 2025.

This marks the third consecutive semi-annual cash dividend for the Company since the completion of the Bank's conversion from the mutual holding company form of organization to the stock holding company form of organization.
