Rithm Property Trust Inc. (NYSE: RPT, "Rithm Property Trust" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors (the "Board") has declared third quarter 2025 common and preferred stock dividends.

Common Stock Dividend

The Board declared a cash dividend of $0.06 per share of common stock. The third quarter common stock dividend is payable on November 28, 2025, to stockholders of record as of November 14, 2025.

Preferred Stock Dividend

In accordance with the terms of Rithm Property Trust's 9.875% Series C Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock ("Series C"), the Board declared a Series C dividend for the third quarter 2025 of $0.6171875 per share. The third quarter Series C dividend is payable on November 17, 2025, to preferred stockholders of record on November 1, 2025 (with an effective record date of October 31, 2025).
