0138 GMT - Kasikornbank's bull at UOB Kay Hian raises earnings forecasts for the Thai bank by 7.5% for 2025, 5.4% for 2026, and 4.6% for 2027 to reflect its stronger-than-expected 3Q earnings. Analyst Thanawat Thangchadakorn says in a research report that the bank likely adopted a neutral tone at an analyst meeting. Management mentioned the bank will prioritize quality by selectively lending and will focus on cost management and productivity improvement, the analyst notes.
