Shah Capital did so through the purchase of 356,000 Novavax shares from Aug. 21 through Aug. 25 at per share prices ranging from $7.48 to $7.63. On Oct. 13, Shah Capital issued an open letter to Novavax's board, requesting a formal strategic review, including an evaluation of a potential sale of the Issuer. The letter highlighted concerns regarding significant share-price underperformance, operational and marketing failures, and recent capital-allocation decisions.

Following the latest purchases, Shah Capital owns 7.3% of Novavax's outstanding stock. Shares of Novavax have lost approximately 1.3% of their value since the beginning of this year.

Increases in Holdings

Core Scientific (CORZ) Situational Awareness increased its stake in the Bitcoin mining and artificial-intelligence company to 28,756,478 shares. Decreases in Holdings

Garrett Motion (GTX) Cyrus Capital Partners reduced its stake in the vehicle-parts maker to 18,647,127 shares. Cyrus Capital Partners did so through the sale of 2,476,221 Garrett Motion shares from Aug. 22 through Oct. 15 at per share prices ranging from $12.41 to $14.01.

Following the latest sales, Cyrus Capital Partners continues to own 9.3% of Garrett Motion's outstanding stock. Shares of Garrett Motion have gained approximately 40.4% in value since the beginning of this year.

Tetra Tech $(TTEK)$ Pictet Asset Management lowered its stake in the consulting and engineering firm to 13,006,243 shares.
