Dynatrace (DT) and ServiceNow (NOW) stocks were up more than 1% after the companies said they signed a multi-year collaboration deal to help enterprise customers automate and manage IT systems with artificial intelligence.
Grindr (GRND) shares were up more than 1% after the company confirmed that it received a non-binding, unsolicited take-private proposal from a group of shareholders.
