Sany Heavy Industry (HKG:6031, SHA:600031) priced its Hong Kong initial public offering at HK$21.30 per H-share, according to an Oct. 24 Hong Kong bourse filing.
The construction machinery maker partially exercised its offer size adjustment option, issuing an additional 51.17 million shares, or about 8.8% of the initial global offering size.
Sany will announce subscription and allocation results for its Hong Kong public offering on Monday, with trading in the H-shares set to begin on the main board on Tuesday.
Shares will trade in board lots of 200 H-shares each, the filing said.
