China National Building Material (HKG:3323) posted net profit attributable to owners of 2.96 billion yuan for the nine months ended Sept. 30, reversing a loss of 684.4 million yuan a year earlier, according to an Oct. 24 Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the firm were down nearly 1% in Monday morning trade.

Revenue edged down to 133.4 billion yuan from 134.2 billion yuan.

Total net profit surged to 6.57 billion yuan from 1.91 billion yuan in the prior-year period.
