Cybernaut International (HKG:1020) appointed Kong Junmin as chairman, effective Monday, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the firm were up nearly 3% in Tuesday afternoon trade.

Kong succeeds Zhu Min, who stepped down as chairman due to work arrangements but will remain an executive director.

Separately, the company also named Ma Kin Ling as chief financial officer following the resignation of Cheung Wing Lok, effective the same date.
