CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (SGX:A17U) reported a portfolio occupancy of 91.3% during the third quarter, slightly lower than 91.8% in the previous quarter, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The REIT made acquisitions of five properties worth SG$1.32 billion and raised around SG$381.5 million through divestments.

Meanwhile, portfolio rental reversion rose to 7.6% during the period.
