JD Logistics (HKG:2618) said its subsidiary Deppon Logistics (SHA:603056) recorded a net loss attributable to shareholders of 329 million yuan for the three months ended Sept. 30, compared with a profit of 184.1 million yuan a year earlier, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Loss per share came in at 0.32 yuan, representing a decline of 278% year-on-year.
Revenue for the quarter fell 1.4% to 9.72 billion yuan.
For the first nine months, Deppon posted a net loss attributable to shareholders of 276.8 million yuan, compared with a profit of 517.5 million yuan a year earlier, while revenue rose 7% to 30.3 billion yuan, the filing showed.
