The report anticipates a 6.2% compound annual growth rate $(CAGR)$ from 2025, fueled by technology innovation, infrastructure expansion, and strong investments in 6G and artificial intelligence $(AI)$. While traditional telecom revenue is expected to grow modestly at 2.7% CAGR, the technology segment-dominated by hyperscale platforms like Amazon, Alphabet, Apple, Meta, and Microsoft-is set for a robust 9.4% CAGR, making up 55.9% of total CP revenue by the end of the decade. Telecom capital expenditure (capex) is forecast to reach $395 billion by 2030, with technology capex surging to $545 billion, driven by mobile network upgrades, AI infrastructure, and data center expansion.
